Curriculum Vitae
EKREM GENC is a Staff Attorney* at Edelson PC, where his work focuses on post-settlement matters in mass torts cases. During law school, Ekrem externed for the Honorable Robert J. Steigmann of the Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth District; worked as a licensed law student in the University of Illinois College of Law’s Family Advocacy Center, managing pretrial and trial responsibilities for child abuse and neglect cases; and interned at the Illinois Office of the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor, drafting appellate briefs. He was a member of the College of Law Moot Court board and served in leadership positions on the executive boards of the Muslim Law Students Association, the Student Bar Association, and the Education Law and Policy Society.
