Rebuilding After The
Marshall Fire
We may be able to help.
On December 30, 2021, the Marshall Fire broke out in Boulder County destroying homes and businesses in Superior and Louisville, Colorado. The Marshall Fire destroyed over 1,000 homes and commercial structures and has been estimated to have caused nearly $3 billion in damages.
The Boulder County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) conducted an investigation and recently concluded that two fires merged to cause the Marshall Fire. That investigation found that one of the fires was most likely caused by discharged particles from an Xcel Energy power line at the Marshall Mesa Trailhead.
Edelson PC is pursuing litigation against Xcel Energy and potentially other parties who we believe are liable for the Marshall Fire. If you suffered property damage, personal injury, or business loss, or if you were forced to evacuate as a result of the Marshall Fire in Boulder County, you may have a claim for damages.
