HILARY BERG is the Chief People Officer at Edelson PC. Since joining the firm, Hilary has scaled Edelson’s HR infrastructure, developing firm-wide policies, systems, and processes to support the firm’s growth across six offices and more than 130 employees.
She led the firm’s transition to a modern HRIS platform, streamlining payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee data management. She has also developed and implemented policies and programs spanning performance management, professional development, and day-to-day people operations.
Hilary oversees talent acquisition and employee onboarding, working closely with practice group leaders to support hiring needs. She also leads Edelson’s Summer Associate Program.
Her approach to HR is direct and practical: she prioritizes honest feedback and serves as a go-to resource across the firm.
Before joining Edelson, Hilary spent a decade in human resources roles across financial and professional services, advancing from compliance-focused work into HR leadership. She earned her B.A. from DePaul University.
