Take time off when you need
Need time away from work? Take the time you need. We don’t count. In fact, you must take at least two weeks of vacation every year.

Wear what you want
We want you to be as comfortable as possible at the firm, so we eliminated the stuffy dress code. Individuality is our priority, so wear your best or wear your sweats… unless you’re in Court.
