- Lead, develop and oversee all HR functions

Senior Accountant
We are currently looking to add a Senior Accountant to our team. As our Senior Accountant, you will play an instrumental role in our firm, maintaining the general ledger, preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, and implementing continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Your duties will also include account reconciliation, analysis, and preparation of ad hoc reports for the CEO and Managing Partners.

- Preparation of monthly financial statements and month-end reports for the CEO and Managing Partners
- Development and maintenance of various financial reports
- Preparation and review of journal entries for payroll and other accounts as needed
- Monthly reconciliation and analysis of various general ledger accounts
- Ad hoc reporting for CEO and Managing Partners
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- MBA or other advanced degree in finance or accounting is a plus
- CPA certification is preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience within an accounting and finance function is required
