MICKEY TERLEP is an Associate at Edelson PC where his work focuses on consumer protection and privacy class actions.
Prior to joining Edelson PC, Mickey clerked for the Honorable Susan R. Bolton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Mickey graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and founded Michigan’s Plaintiffs’ Law Association.
As a student attorney in Michigan Law’s Civil Rights Litigation Initiative, Mickey collaborated with ACLU co-counsel in Williams v. City of Detroit, which achieved the nation’s strongest police department policy on the use of facial recognition technology. He also served as a Problem Chair for the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition.
Before law school, Mickey worked as a strategic communications consultant at a public affairs firm.
