Curriculum Vitae
JESSICA FEATHERSTON is a law clerk at Edelson PC, where her work focuses on Mass Torts.
Jessica earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where she served as President of the Public Interest Law Students Association and Staff Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. Before law school, she earned an M.A. in Communication and a B.A. in Communication (Media Studies) from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
During law school, Jessica served as a Research Assistant for the International Human Rights Advocacy Clinic at Florida State University College of Law and spent a summer with the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute in London, where she monitored humanitarian crises, including the Sudanese Civil War and global enforced disappearances. She also first participated in and later helped lead FSU Law’s Alternative Spring Break program, working with migrant farmworkers in rural Florida, and assisted in planning the law school’s International Human Rights and the Death Penalty Symposium and annual D’Alemberte & Palmer Lecture in International Human Rights.
