ERIC HAUPT is an associate at Edelson PC where his work focuses on antitrust litigation. Prior to joining Edelson, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Karen E. Schreier in the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. While studying at the University of Chicago Law school, Eric worked as an intern at both the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition and the United States Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. Eric also served as a Comments Editor on the board of the University of Chicago Law Review and on the boards of UChicago’s Antitrust Law Association and the Chicago Plaintiffs’ Law Association.
