Curriculum Vitae
JARED LUCKY is an Associate at Edelson PC, where his work focuses on consumer protection, digital privacy, and class actions. Jared completed his law degree at Stanford Law School, where he worked in the Supreme Court Clinic, served as the History Editor for the Stanford Law Review, and volunteered as a law clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid. He was a finalist in the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, winning “Best Brief.” He is also completing a PhD in history at Yale University, with a forthcoming dissertation on the history of American consumer protection law. He has accepted a clerkship with Justice Leondra Kruger on the California Supreme Court.
