KATIE KRAEMER serves as Case Coordinator for Edelson’s Mass Torts team, managing the logistics that keep cases moving through the litigation pipeline. She coordinates between intake, discovery, and litigation teams, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, co-counsel, and vendors.

In conjunction with the paralegal director, Katie helps manage the paralegal team’s workloads, conducts trainings, and runs weekly team meetings. She tracks case deadlines, distributes work assignments, and handles administrative tasks.

A key part of Katie’s role involves directing the medical and billing record collection process, ensuring HIPAAs are current, submitting requests, tracking follow-ups, and logging records as they’re received. She also manages the settlement process, handling client notifications, compiling settlement documents, and tracking case expenses.

Katie joined Edelson in 2023 as a Client Relations Specialist before moving into her current coordination role.
