MELISSA MULLER is an Associate at Edelson PC, where her work focuses on mass torts.
Melissa received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served on the board of the Yale Plaintiffs’ Law Student Association and as a Coker Fellow for Professor Daniel Markovits’ Contracts small group. At Yale, Melissa contributed to the Private Law Clinic’s consumer protection projects, focusing on cryptocurrency and medical debt. She also completed an externship with Chief Judge James E. Boasberg (D.D.C.), served as a Research Assistant and Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant for Professor Akhil Amar, and edited submissions for the Yale Journal of Law and Humanities.
Prior to law school, Melissa audited courses at Heidelberg University and interned at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public and International Law in Germany on a Fulbright Research Grant. She has accepted a clerkship with Judge Barrington D. Parker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit beginning in 2026.
