TODD LOGAN is a Partner at Edelson PC, where he chairs the firm’s Mass Tort practice group as well as the Gambling practice group. Since 2020, Todd’s practice groups have recovered more than $1 billion in settlements and verdicts for their clients.

Todd’s Mass Tort practice currently focuses on utility-caused wildfires and toxic torts, including EtO, PFAs, and PCBs.

Todd’s Gambling practice currently focuses on so-called “social casinos” and/or other predatory misleading and/or internet-based gambling businesses.

Todd is a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and a National Law Journal “Rising Star of the Plaintiffs’ bar.”

  • Benson v. Double Down Interactive, LLC, No. 18-cv-00525 (W.D. Wash.) (Lead Counsel). $415,000,000 all-cash settlement. Final approval granted June 2023.
  • Kater v. Churchill Downs Downs, Inc., No. 15-cv-00612 (W.D. Wash.) (Lead Counsel). $155,000,000 all-cash settlement. Final approval granted February 2021.
  • Wilson v. Playtika, Ltd., No. 18-cv-05277 (W.D. Wash.) (Lead Counsel). (appointed Class Counsel). $38,000,000 all-cash settlement. Final approval granted February 2021.
  • Reed v. Sci. Games Corp., No. 18-cv-00565 (W.D. Wash.) (Lead Counsel). $24,500,000 all-cash settlement. Final approval granted August 2022.
  • Ferrando et al. v. Zynga Inc., No. 22-cv-214 (W.D. Wash.) (Lead Counsel). $12,000,000 all-cash settlement. Final approval granted December 2022.
  • Various Ethylene Oxide matters: representing hundreds of individuals alleging their cancers were wrongfully caused by EtO emissions across various jurisdictions in Illinois, Colorado, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
  • In re Oregon 2020 Labor Day Fires (Multnomah County, Oregon): representing more than one thousand individuals who lost their homes and businesses in Oregon’s 2020 Labor Day Fires. First jury trial, in 2023, resulted in verdict in excess of $90 million for seventeen plaintiffs, as well as classwide liability finding. Additional damages-only jury trials are scheduled for 2024.
  • In re Marshall Fire (Boulder County, Colorado): representing hundreds of individuals who lost their homes and businesses in the 2021 Marshall Fire.
  • In re PG&E Bankruptcy (Northern District of California): representing more than one thousand individuals who lost their homes and businesses in Oregon’s 2020 Labor Day Fires.
  • In Re: Apple Inc. App Store Simulated Casino-Style Games Litigation, No. 5:21-md-02985 (N.D. Cal.)
