Curriculum Vitae
VICTOR CEDENO received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was involved in the immigration law clinic. Victor provided legal aid services to immigrants in Chicago, including representing asylum seekers and victims of labor trafficking.
Prior to joining Edelson, Victor worked at a prominent international firm where he participated in multiple high stakes trials while maintaining an active pro bono practice.Victor then clerked in the District of Minnesota for the Honorable John R. Tunheim where he gained invaluable insight into the judicial system.
Victor earned his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Drake University before attaining a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. After graduate school, Victor spent several years working in local government and in non-profits primarily focused on education policy in the Twin Cities region in Minnesota. Victor is an active community member including running school board campaigns and being a board member of various immigrant and youth focus nonprofit organizations.
