ZOË SEAMAN-GRANT is an associate at Edelson PC where she primarily handles privacy-related class actions and environmental mass tort actions. Her current clients include nonprofit organizations challenging a facial recognition company’s collection of biometric data, consumers suing a home security company for privacy violations, and hundreds of people seeking compensation for exposure to ethylene oxide.

Zoë received her J.D. from University of Michigan, where she was an editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law. During her time at Michigan, she also served as a board member for Sexual Assault & Harassment Legal Advocacy Services (SAHLAS), an organization that supported University of Michigan students filing sexual misconduct complaints under Title IX. Zoë interned with the New York Attorney General’s Claims Bureau and Davis Polk & Wardwell. While in school, she also worked as a Faculty Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Law Library.

Zoë graduated from Bates College, where she earned her B.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies. She completed an honors thesis titled “Constructing Womanhood and the Female Cyborg: A Feminist Reading of Ex Machina and Westworld.”
