I graduated with a B.A. in history and political science and a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I received my J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. I handle e-discovery and general litigation.

KATE WEYERS is a Staff Attorney at Edelson PC. Kate’s work focuses on litigation support on a wide variety of consumer class actions and mass tort cases.
During law school, Kate was a member of the University of Illinois Law Review and a competitor in the Thurgood Marshall Memorial Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C. Kate was also a member of the Student Legal Relief Organization at the University of Illinois College of Law.
Awards and Honors:
Two CALI Awards for recieving the highest grade in Corporate Counsel Seminar and Small Firm Practice
Teaching Assistant for Professor Jennifer Pahre for her Introduction to the Law and Living the Law classes at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
