NINA LIN is a litigation paralegal at Edelson PC. Prior to joining Edelson, Nina worked as a fellow at Frontline Justice, a civil rights nonprofit startup dedicated to bridging the legal access to justice crisis, serving as a core member in building strategy, operations, and development.
Nina has held research assistantships at the Yale Institute for Social and Policy Studies (ISPS), Yale Law School under Professor Oona Hathaway, and the YLS Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law, working in matters related to judicial decision-making, nonbinding international agreements, and solitary confinement conditions nationwide respectively. Previously, Nina worked at MASS Design Group as a housing and architectural researcher in Poughkeepsie, NY, and at the Connecticut Women’s Education and Legal Fund, working in legal education and policy affecting predominantly low-income, women-of-color in CT. She was awarded the YLS Arthur Liman Public Interest Law Fellowship, Anthony M. Schulte Prize, Charles P. Howland Fellowship, and Yawkey Community Service Fellowship for her advocacy and service efforts.
