We like people who can handle themselves and their own cases. We love leaders, entrepreneurs, and self-made people who know how to balance their work with the rest of their life. People who live on pressure and the thrill of the chase. People who welcome the occasional game of ping pong at 3:37 (a.m. or p.m.) on a Thursday the day before a mediation of a $200 million case. You in? Good. We're hiring. Check out our benefits, read up on our values, and then find your job.
We work hard to make sure you have the best care and resources to succeed, both inside and outside Edelson. Here’s some of what we offer:
Our kitchens are stocked and lunches are catered so you’ll have meals and snacks when you need them.
Plan for your future
Our competitive matching retirement plans help you plan for your future.
We support all of your health activities so we offer generous fitness allowances to make it easier (on your pocketbook) to hit the gym.
Take time off when you need
Need time away from work? Take the time you need. We don’t count. In fact, you must take at least two weeks of vacation every year.
Eating healthy and being active is just part of the puzzle. We also offer premium medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
Wear what you want
We want to you to be as comfortable as possible at the firm, so ditch the suit (unless you’re in Court).
It's important to take the time to bond with your new family, without having to worry about your finances. We offer 4 months full paid leave, with an additional 1 month half pay, and 1 month unpaid when you have a baby.
We're actually friends outside of the office. We regularly take trips to the movies, play golf, and have a firm volleyball team that plays in the community weekly.
