Primary responsibilities will include: case development (including investigating potential tech fraud and privacy-related violations and also overseeing technical assessments of software and hardware), factual and legal research, complaint drafting, client interaction, and discovery matters.
Candidates should have the following:
- Computer/Technical background. Computer science or computer engineering degree preferred. Degree not necessary with other relevant experience.
- Excellent academic record from a top law school
- 0-4 years of legal experience.
- Creative intellect and ability to navigate issues of first impression.
- Superior writing and research skills mandatory.

We are seeking ambitious paralegals to join our Chicago office full-time. The job will require working hand-in-hand with the firm’s lawyers and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handle online and in-person legal filings in Federal and state courts
- Cite-check, proof, and finalize legal documents, including drafting Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
- Assist with drafting motions, affidavits, discovery, pro hac vice and out-of-state attorney admissions
- Coordinate service of summonses and subpoenas
- Help with the management of the firm’s case files, calendar and docketing system
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of filing procedures and rules in Cook County and Federal courts
- Excellent verbal and client service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
- Prior experience at a class action law firm
- Ability to conduct legal research (i.e., familiarity with Westlaw and PACER)
- Experience with Bluebook citation
